摘要
以丹东明珠特种树脂有限公司生产的阳离子交换树脂DA-345为催化剂,在固定床反应器中进行甲醇和甲基丙烯酸反应合成甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的研究工作。考察了反应温度、进料空速以及进料摩尔比对甲基丙烯酸转化率和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的选择性影响。
Methyl methacrylate(MMA)was synthesized by the reaction of methanol and methacrylic acid in a fixed bed reactor with the cation exchange resin DA-345 produced by Dandong Mingzhu special resin Co.Ltd.as a catalyst.The effects of reaction temperature,feed space velocity and feed molar ratio on conversion of methacrylic acid and selectivity of methyl methacrylate were investigated.
