本文探究了使用一类带有特殊性能的带药皮焊丝,将其当作金属材料进行焊接操作,对处于低温状态的不锈钢管道进行填充,将最后形成的焊渣当作背部区域的保护,将背部区域进行保护的氩气剔除掉,对于根部位置的焊缝形成相对优质的保护,造型极为美观。

This paper explores a kind of flux-cored wire with special properties,which is used as a metal material for welding operations,filling stainless steel pipes in a low temperature state,taking the welding slag finally formed as the protection of the back area,removing argon gas protected in the back area,forming relatively high quality protection for the weld seam at the root position,and having an extremely beautiful appearance.
