Design and Development of Rolls Management System in Hanbao hot Rolling Mill

邯宝热轧厂轧辊管理系统,结合磨床、轧线以及现场实际情况,设计开发的轧辊管理系统,包涵对轧辊的采购、入库、外排等物流管理以及对轧辊的验收、磨削直至报废等十余项现场使用管理。该系统紧密融合了轧辊在生产过程的可控性与信息可视化,进而提高了产品质量,同时降低了生产成本。

The roll management system of Hanbao Hot Rolling Mill is designed and developed according to the grinder,rolling line and the actual situation on site.It includes the logistics management of roll purchasing,storage and discharging,as well as the management of roll acceptance,grinding and scrapping.The system integrates the controllability and information visualization of rolls in the production process,and improves the quality of products and reduces the production cost.
