Discussion on Debugging Method of Quick Shut-off Assembly of Air Separation Turbine in Ammonia Plant

本文针对合成氨厂48000Nm^3O_2/H空分装置EHNKS50/71/32型抽汽凝气式汽轮机开车过程中出现的异常问题,论述了该汽轮机工作原理、速关组件调试方法,分析了该汽轮机调节系统出现异常的原因,最终得出解决办法。

Aiming at the abnormal problem of EHNKS50/71/32 extraction condensing steam turbine in 48000Nm3O2/H air separation unit of ammonia plant during startup,this paper discusses the working principle of the turbine and the debugging method of the quick shut-off assembly,analyzes the reason why the turbine regulating system is abnormal,and finally comes to a solution.
