本篇文章中主要讲述了有关15万t/a离子模烧碱装置氯气处理工作的一些工艺流程,以及开展生产工作时用来作为依据的原理,并且分析了此装置在运行过程中存在的一些问题,针对这些问题出现的具体原因我们想出了一些能够有效优化的措施。从而在根本上解决了问题,提高了相关企业的工作效率以及工作的安全稳定性,为他们带来了更多的经济效益。希望这些内容能够有所利用的价值,从而促进相关企业更好的发展下去。
This article mainly describes some technological processes related to chlorine gas treatment in 150,000t/a ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant,and the principles used as the basis for carrying out production work.It also analyzes some problems existing in the operation of this plant and proposes some measures that can be effectively optimized according to the specific reasons for these problems.Thus fundamentally solving the problem,improving the working efficiency and safety and stability of related enterprises,and bringing more economic benefits to them.I hope these contents can be used to promote the better development of related enterprises.
