摘要 由于光伏新政的影响,多晶硅生产企业需要通过节能增效提升企业竞争力,本文简述了多晶硅生产的基本原理,并对多晶硅还原炉系统进行节能设计,根据实际运行经验,通过分析计算得出能量回收利用率。 Due to the influence of the new photovoltaic policy,polysilicon production enterprises need to improve their competitiveness through energy saving and efficiency increase.This paper briefly describes the basic principle of polysilicon production,and designs the polysilicon reduction furnace system for energy saving.According to the actual operation experience,the energy recovery utilization rate is obtained through analysis and calculation.
