基于环境库兹涅茨曲线的陕西省环境质量与经济发展研究

Research on the Environmental Quality and Economic Development of Shaanxi Province Based on Environmental Kuznets Curve

选取2000—2015年陕西省人均国内生产总值与工业废水、工业废气、工业废物排放量指标构建了环境库兹涅茨曲线,并利用环境库兹涅茨曲线考察了近年来陕西省的环境状况。结果发现:陕西省废水排放量目前处于下降阶段,符合环境库兹涅茨曲线的倒"U"型假设。工业废气和固体废弃物排放量仍处于倒"U"型环境库兹涅茨曲线的左侧,表明废气排放量与固体废弃物排放量仍处于上升时期。为此,建议陕西省应进一步加强环境治理和环境保护工作,同时提高居民的环境意识,实现人与自然的和谐发展。

This article selects the indicators of Shaanxi Province's per capita GDP,industrial waste water,industrial waste gas and industrial waste emissions from 2000 to 2015 to build an environmental Kuznets curve,and then examines the environmental conditions in Shaanxi Province in recent years with this curve.The results show that the wastewater discharge in Shaanxi Province is currently in a decline stage,which is consistent with the inverted"U"assumption of the environmental Kuznets curve.The emissions of industrial waste gas and solid wastes are still on the left side of the inverted U-shaped environmental Kuznets curve,indicating that the emissions of waste gases and solid waste discharges are still rising.Therefore,it is suggested that relevant departments in Shaanxi Province must strengthen environmental governance and protection,and improve people's environment consciousness so as to achieve the harmonious development of man and nature.
