摘要
综述了火炸药在贮存过程中的老化行为,着重从化学和物理变化来考虑安全寿命失效和使用寿命失效。讨论了包括物质迁移、力学性能劣化、过载动力效应、流变问题和循环温度引起的应力变化等物理失效以及包括自催化作用、自燃或爆发和黏合剂的交联或降解等化学失效。指出失效模式和失效机理分析对寿命预估和改善老化性能、延长寿命有重要意义,因此在进行火炸药寿命预估时,应同时进行失效模式和失效机理分析。附参考文献46篇。
Theagingbehaviorofpropellantsandexplosives on storageisreviewedandthefailuresof safetylife and service life inperformanceareconsideredwithemphasis onthebasicchemicaland physicalchangesinvolved.The physical failures,including material migration,mechanical deterioration,overload dynamic effect,rheological problem and cyclictemperature induced stresschange,etc.,andthechemicalfailures,includingself-catalysis,spontane ous combustion or explosion and crosslinking or degradation of binders,etc.,are discussed.The analysis of failure mode andfailuremechanismisof greatsignificancetolifeexpectancy,improveagingperformanceand prolonglife.Therefore,failuremode andfailuremechanismshould be analyzedforthe life predictionofpropellantsandexplo sives.With 46 references.
