黄曲霉毒素B_1降解菌株的筛选及鉴定研究 被引量:6

摘要 黄曲霉毒素B_1(aflatoxin B_1,AFB_1)污染花生、玉米等农产品和食品,具有极强的毒性和致癌性。采用香豆素为唯一碳源从海水中分离降解AFB_1菌株,其中菌株M8能降解71.8%的AFB_1。通过上清液、菌悬液、胞内液降解AFB_1分析,初步判断菌株M8分泌至胞外的活性物质主导AFB_1的生物降解作用。通过菌株形态特征、生理生化特征和16S rRNA基因系统发育学分析,鉴定菌株M8属于假单胞菌属,命名为Pseudomonas sp. M8。从海水中分离菌株M8丰富了降解AFB_1降解微生物资源,为研究其作用机理和应用于黄曲霉毒素的脱毒奠定了基础。 Aflatoxin B1(AFB1)contaminates peanut,corn and other agricultural products and food,and is highly toxic and carcinogenic.At present,biological detoxification methods have become a research hotspot in the degradation of AFB1.This study used coumarin as the only carbon source to isolate and degrade AFB1 strains from seawater,among which the strain M8 could degrade 71.8%of AFB1.The results showed that degradation activity of strain M8 was located in extracellular fluid.Through morphological,physiological and biochemical analysis and the evolution of 16S rRNA system,the bacterial strain M8 was identified as Pseudomonas sp.M8.The isolation of strain M8 from the seawater enriched the microbial resources and laid a foundation for the study of its degradation mechanism and the detoxification of aflatoxin.
