芳纶纤维增强复合材料钻削研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 芳纶纤维增强复合材料(AFRP)因其具有高强度、高弹性模量、耐磨以及良好的抗冲击性等优越性能,在航空、航天、防弹护甲等领域应用日益广泛。但材料本身的层间结构特性导致在钻削加工中出现撕裂起毛、分层、烧焦、粘刀等诸多缺陷,限制了材料的应用及推广。从AFRP的材料力学性能、钻削力、钻削温度和加工表面质量等方面阐述芳纶纤维增强复合材料的钻削加工性能。另外,对芳纶纤维钻削加工材料去除机理和钻削刀具磨损机理的国内外研究现状进行阐述,归纳了优化钻削加工质量的一些方法,探讨了该领域的未来研究发展趋势。 Due to aramid fiber reinforced polymer composites(AFRP)with its superior performances such as high-intensity,high elastic modulus,and good impact resistance,it is widely used in many fields such as bulletproof armor,aviation and the aerospace industry.But due to the structural characteristics of its interlayers,many defects such as tearing fuzz,delamination,charring,knife-sticky and so on appear in the drilling process,so this material is limited in its use and promotion.This paper mainly describes the drilling processing performance of AFRP from its material processing,cutting force,cutting temperature and machining surface quality,etc.,and the research situation on the removal mechanism and drilling tool wear mechanism at home and abroad and summarizes some methods of tool selection,then,discusses its future research and development trends.
