基于Ansys空间印记面的飞机内饰局部强度计算

摘要 内饰布置需在飞机机壳内表面完成之后,经过概念设计和工程设计两个阶段,并通过制造和试验环节验证才能满足飞机相关适航条件要求。由于内饰面多以光滑曲面为主要结构要素,评判局部设计强度时比平面区域复杂,借助二维平面印记面的使用技巧,结合空间曲面特点,校核了某型飞机内饰乘客舱左壁板在局部载荷作用下的变形、应力值,并且依据计算结果调整了内饰件和机壳连接件的数量和布局,通过优化设计并经实验验证该方法有助于提高设计效率。 After the interior decoration completed in the inner surface of the aircraft shell and through two processes of conceptual design and engineering design and the test of manufacturing,the airworthiness requirements of the aircraft can be verified.Because the main structural elements of interior surface are smooth curved surface,judging the local design strength of the curved surface is more complicated than judging that of the flat area.With the help of techniques for two-dimensional plane mark surface and combined with the characteristics of space curved surface,the left wall plate of a certain type of aircraft is checked and the quantity and arrangement of the interior parts and chassis fittings are adjusted according to the calculation results.Through the optimization design and by the experiment,it is verified that this method is helpful to improving the design efficiency.
