摘要 数控机床信息的数字化、网络化是智能制造的基础,在实际工程中可靠、全面地采集信息已成为数字化车间研究的热点和关键问题之一。针对分布式数控机床管控系统,基于层次化、模块化的管控系统软件结构,采用Siemens PLC对机床的状态进行实时采集,通过综合使用RS-485总线,模拟量输入及I/O输入的方法将数据传输至采集终端。人机界面采用. NET平台下的C#语言WPF框架搭建。上位机软件实现状态显示、数据保存、查看、打印及图表分析等操作。实际运行证明,该管控系统通信稳定、分析结果可靠、抗干扰能力强,具有较高的推广价值。 The information of CNC machine status is the foundation of the digitized workshop.Reliable and comprehensive data collection in practical engineering applications becomes one of the hot issues in digitization workshop studies.Aimed at a distributed monitoring system for CNC machine,based on the layered and modularized structures in this system,Siemens PLC is used to collect the real time data of the CNC machine status which is transfered to the collection terminal through RS485 bus and by use of analog quantity and I/O method.The C#language under WPF framework in.NET platform is adopted in the human-computer interface which is used to transfer the data to PC.The PC software can be used to display,save,browse and print the data and analyze the chart and so on.The running result shows that the monitoring system is characteristic of stable communication,reliable analysis and high anti-jamming capability and it is of high popularization value.
