摘要 在圆柱摩擦轮传动中,安装误差会对摩擦轮接触产生不良影响。对圆柱摩擦轮传动中正确安装和存在安装误差时摩擦轮的接触情况进行了深入研究。利用有限元仿真对圆柱摩擦轮进行了接触分析,得到了在正确安装和存在安装误差时摩擦轮的接触应力,并分析了各类安装误差对摩擦轮接触应力的影响程度。研究结果表明:安装偏心对摩擦轮的接触应力的影响与弹簧刚度有关;与扭转角相比,偏转角对摩擦轮的接触应力影响更大。 Installation errors have bad effect on the contacts of frictional wheels in cylindrical friction drive.The contact conditions of the frictional wheels under correct installation and installation error conditions are studied in this paper.Contact analysis of a pair of cylinder frictional wheels is carried out with finite element simulation and contact stresses with installation error or correct installation are obtained and the influence of the different installation errors on the contact stress of the frictional wheels is analyzed.The results show that the influence of eccentric installation on the contact stress of frictional wheels relates to the spring stiffness,and the influence of the deflection angle on the contact stress is more serious than that of the skew angle.
