降低螺旋锥齿轮接触应力及传递误差方法的研究

摘要 为研究改善螺旋锥齿轮的接触质量,以端面滚刀法加工螺旋锥齿轮为研究对象,通过引入共轭啮合的假想齿轮,建立齿面接触方程,然后基于坐标变化理论提出该加工方法下的螺旋锥齿轮最大接触应力及传递误差的计算方法。基于螺旋锥齿轮三维几何模型,在有限元分析软件中,对螺旋锥齿轮在不同加载工况下的啮合性能分别进行静态与动态加载接触分析。结果表明,不同加工工况对螺旋锥齿轮接触应力及传递误差影响较大,刀具倾角为2°、旋转角为-1°时螺旋锥齿轮接触压力及传递误差最低;内圆弧刀刃半径为580 mm时,分析结果最为理想;同时,满足尺寸要求的前提下,主动轮齿数的增加将有效改善齿轮接触应力及传递误差。 To improve the contact action of spiral bevel gears,the face hobbing method is used to machine the spiral bevel gear as research object,through the introduction of conjugate imaginary gear,the tooth contact equation is established,and then its maximum tooth contact pressure and transmission errors are calculated with the coordinate transformation method.Based on the established geometric models,its static and dynamic contact analysis under different load conditions is done by using the finite element analysis software.The results show that the different machining methods have great influence on its contact pressure and transmission errors.When tilt angle of cutter spindle is 2°and swivel angle of cutter tilt is-1°,the contact pressure and transmission error is the lowest and the analysis result is the most ideal when the radius of circular cutting edge is 580 mm;at the same time increasing the number of driving gears effectively reduces the pressure and the transmission error of the gear contact on the premise of meeting the requirements of size.
