摘要
在热轧带钢生产中,工作辊温度是影响带钢板形和凸度的重要因素。利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了工作辊的二维非稳态温度场计算模型,对精轧工作辊的温度场进行了数值模拟,研究了不同因素等对工作辊辊温变化规律的影响。研究发现:下工作辊的冷却效果要好于上工作辊的冷却效果;出口侧水量越大,工作辊表面处于高温状态的时间就越短,表面温度下降的越快,有利于抑制工作辊氧化,减少带钢表面氧化铁皮缺陷;带钢温度越高,工作辊在轧制过程中的最高表面温度就越大。
The temperature of work roll is an important factor affecting profile and flatness of strips in the process of hot strip rolling.The 2D model for simulating the temperature field of work roll is established with ANSYS software.This paper researches on the influences of different factors on its temperature change.It is found that the effect of cooling lower work roll is better than that of cooling top work roll.The higher water flow rate on outlet is,the quicker surface temperature drop of the work roll is.In addition,its surface temperature rises with strip temperature rise.
