摘要
电烘箱温度具有非线性、大惯性、大滞后等特点,往往难以建立精确的数学模型。目前在工业生产中普遍采用的传统PID控制方式精度不高,难以取得较好的控制效果。为了提高电烘箱温度的控制效率和控制精度,以模糊自适应PID控制算法为基础,研究基于模糊PID的电烘箱温度控制技术,开发一种基于模糊PID的电烘箱温度控制系统。
It is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model of the electric dry oven because its temperature change is nonlinear,inertial and delayed.The traditional PID control method is widely used in industrial production,but its precision is very low,so it is hard to obtain better control effect.In order to improve the effect and precision of its temperature control,this paper researches on its temperature control technology and develops its the temperature control system based on fuzzy PID.
