摘要
同程式供暖系统如果设计不合理,可能出现中间环路散热器不热的失调情况。本文分析同程式系统水力失调的原因,通过研究管道阻力损失与流量的关系,提出设计时应使对应位置的供水管道和回水管道阻力损失基本相等,其中供水管道的比摩阻可按推荐比摩阻60Pa/m~120Pa/m的下限选择,回水管道的比摩阻按上限选择。并以某分户供暖系统的设计方案说明了该设计建议的合理性。
If the design of reserve return heating system is inappropriate,there may be an imbalance in the middle loop of radiator.This paper analyzes the causes of hydraulic imbalance in reserve return heating system.By studying the relationship between pipeline resistance loss and flow rate,it is proposed that the resistance loss of the water supply pipeline and the return pipeline should be basically equal when designing.The specific frictional resistance of water supply pipe can be selected according to the lower limit of the recommend 60~120 Pa/m,and the choice of return pipe is the upper limit.The rationality of the design proposal is explained by the design of a household heating system.
