摘要
以能源分析系统EMS和热网仿真软件TERMIS为核心搭建的智慧热网系统平台增强了供热管网运行管理过程中的信息化、自动化和精细化。本文通过该平台的重要组成部分——能源分析系统,采集得到了济南市部分城市热网采暖季的实时能耗数据,据此对热网的节能效果进行相关评价。结果显示,热网逐日用热量波动明显,存在大量峰谷值,换热站瞬时热单耗基本上符合热指标要求,节能效果显著。算例管网中,小型热网系统的热损仅在2%左右,大型管网系统的热损在2%~3%,长输管网热损达到了10%。由此可见,利用能源分析系统可以对不同规模热网的能耗及其所属换热站瞬时热负荷进行直观比对,以得到管网热损并判断用热超标的末端用户,为热网的运行指挥和调度管理提供即时指导。
Smart heating network system platform built withEnergy Management System(EMS)and heating network simulation software(TERMIS)as the core enhances the informatization,automation and refinement in the operation and management of the heating network.The real-time energy consumption data of heating network inJi’nan Cityduring the heating season are collected and evaluatedthrough EMS,which is an important part of the platform.The results show that the daily heat wave of the heating networkis obvious,and there are a lot of peak and valley values.The instantaneous heat unit consumption of the heating station basically meets the requirements of the heating load index,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.In the example,the heat loss of the small-scale heating network system is only about 2%,that of the large-scale heating network system is 2%~3%,and that of the long-distance transmission network is 10%.It can be seen that EMS can directly compare the energy consumption of different scale heat networks and the instantaneous heating load of their heating stations,so as to obtain the heat loss of the network and judge the heating stations whose heat exceeds the standard,and provide immediate guidance for the operational command and dispatch management of the heating network.
