摘要
为推动清洁取暖工作有序开展,减少供暖能源消耗,笔者对山东省某市既有农房基本情况进行了调研,包括农房围护结构、供暖能耗、采暖季室内温度等现状,并对其进行了汇总与分析。以调研的一手资料为基准,结合Dest模拟,将农房改造前和改造后的数据对比,分析了既有农房节能改造的必要性和可行性。根据政府和农户的需要,制定出十套改造方案,计算出各方案的改造费用和节能率,并给出改造时各方案选择方法,为其他地区节能改造方案的制订提供参考。
To promote clean heating work in an orderly manner,reduce heating energy consumption,the author conducted a survey of the basic conditions of existing rural houses in a city in Shandong Province,including the status quo of rural housing enclosing structure,heating energy consumption,indoor temperature of heating in winter,etc,and summarize and analyze it.Based on primary data from the survey,combine Dest simulation,compare the data before and after the transformation of rural houses,and analyze the necessity and feasibility of energy-saving transformation of existing rural houses.According to the needs of the government and farmers,formulate ten sets of transformation plans,calculate the transformation costs and energy-saving rates of each plan,and give each method selection method for the transformation,provide reference for the formulation of energy-saving renovation programs in other regions.
