摘要 为研究高强金属材料Ti-6A1-4V微铣削加工的表面完整性,利用直径为1mm的四刃微铣刀,分别对Ti-6A1-4V表面进行微沟槽铣削三因素四水平的正交试验和微小平面铣削的单因素试验。通过极差分析得出主轴转速、进给速度、切削深度对表面粗糙度值与残余应力值影响的变化规律及主次顺序,获得了理想的铣削参数组合。结果表明,在高转速、中低进给速度和切削深度的加工条件下表面粗糙度值和残余应力值可以达到比较理想状态。通过单因素试验得出了各个因素对于表面粗糙度值、压痕硬度值以及残余应力值的影响规律。试验结果对于提高高强金属材料Ti-6A1-4V的微铣削表面完整性具有一定的参考意义。 In order to study the surface integrity of high-strength Ti-6A1-4V micro-milling,L1(6 43)orthogonal experiments of micro-groove milling and Single-factor test of micro face milling on Ti-6A1-4V surface were carried out.Through the range analysis,the change rule and order of the spindle speed,feed speed and cutting depth on the surface roughness and residual stress value are acquired,as well the ideal combination of milling parameters.The results show that the surface roughness and residual stress can reach an ideal state under the condition of high speed,low feed speed and cutting depth.The influence of each factor on the surface roughness value,the indentation hardness value and the residual stress value are acquired by single factor test.The test results have some reference significance for improving the surface integrity of Ti-6A1-4V.
