摘要
为了研究硬密封结构中密封粗糙接触面的形貌特征对密封性能的影响,本文结合密封粗糙区域的流动模拟结果和微观力学接触过程,提出了硬密封结构中密封介质泄漏率的理论预测模型。通过泄漏率理论预测结果同参考文献中实验数据的对比,确定了理论预测模型的准确性,在此基础上进一步研究了粗糙面粗糙度、粗糙峰的形状等因素对密封性能的影响,最终的研究成果对复合金属垫片法兰垫片密封性能优化设计有着重要指导意义。
In order to study the influence of the topographical features of the seal rough contact surface on the sealing performance in the hard seal structure,a theoretical prediction model of the leakage rate of the seal medium in the hard seal structure by combining the flow simulation and micromechanical contact analysis of the seal rough region is proposed in this paper.At the same time,the theoretical prediction results of the leak rate are compared with the experimental data in the reference literature to verify the accuracy of the theoretical prediction model.The influencing factors of the leak rate are analyzed according to the leakage rate theory prediction model.The effects of the roughness of the rough surface,the shape of the rough peak on the sealing performance are studied.The final research results have important guiding significance for the optimization design of the sealing performance of the composite metal gasket flange gasket.
