摘要
高压起爆器放电输出电流峰值较高,周期较短,用于起爆冲击片雷管,属于冲击大电流信号。为减少实爆冲击片雷管数量,本文设计了一种基于罗氏线圈理论的电子互感器,用于测量高压起爆器放电输出电流。罗氏线圈属于非接触测量手段,具有测量电流脉冲幅值大、无磁芯饱和现象、输出信号隔离、插入损耗小以及频带宽等特点,可有效降低大电流脉冲检测成本。
The discharging output current of high voltage detonator has a higher peak value and a shorter period.It is used to detonate the detonator,which belongs to large current shock signal.In order to reduce the number of detonators,a electronic transformer based on Rogowski coil theory is designed in this paper to measure discharge current of high voltage electric detonator.The Rogowski coil is a non-contact measuring method,which has the characteristics of large amplitude of current pulse,no magnetic saturation,isolating output,low insertion loss and wide bandwidth.It can effectively reduce the cost of large current pulse detection.
