摘要
电缆贯穿装置在钻采平台、钻井船、浮式生产储油船(FPSO)、海上风电等海洋工程领域有着广泛的应用,是电缆贯穿甲板或舱壁非常重要的装置。本文提出了电缆密封贯穿装置密性试验的前提、方法和流程,通过对密性的检测试验,可排除工程投入生产后的相关隐患,更好地为生产提供保障。
The cable seal penetration device is widely used in the drilling and production platform,drilling ship,floating production storage and offloading(FPSO),offshore wind power and other marine engineering fields.It is a very important device for the cable to run through the deck or bulkhead.The precondition,method and process of the tightness test of the cable seal penetration device are proposed.Through the testing of the tightness,the related hidden danger can be excluded after the project is put into production,and it can provide better guarantee for the production.
