摘要
随着我国能源结构改革的推进,风能、太阳能、潮汐能等再生能源的利用比例逐年稳步上升。在这过程中,有两个关键问题限制可再生能源的进一步发展。其一,风能、太阳能等可再生能源利用具有不稳定和不连续的特点;其二,我国电网峰谷差进一步拉大。随着技术的进步,储能已经成为突破可再生能源利用不稳定和不连续瓶颈和平衡电网峰谷差的最佳解决方案。与此同时,依靠"互联网+"、"万物互联"领域的技术积累,以及在"中国智造2025"、"多能互补"、"光热电站"示范工程等政策推动下,智慧能源作为储能系统的"软实力",其重要性也日益凸显。
With development of China's energy structure reform,the utilization ratio of renewable energy such as wind energy,solar energy and tidal energy has steadily increased year by year.In the process,there are two key issues which limit the further development of renewable energy.Firstly,renewable energy utilization,such as wind and solar energy,is unstable and discontinuous;secondly,peak-valley difference of power grid in China has been further widened.With advancement of technology,energy storage has become the best solution to break the unstable and discontinuous bottleneck of renewable energy utilization and balance the peak-to-valley difference of grid.Meanwhile,relying on technology accumulation in fields of"Internet+"and"Internet of Everything",and promotion of“China intelligent manufacturing 2025”,“Multi-energy Complementary”and"Photo-thermal Power Station"demonstration projects,smart energy turns to be the"soft power"of the energy storage system,and it is becoming more and more important.
