摘要
利用旋涂法在玻璃基底上制备ZnO种子层,之后用水热反应在不同条件下生长ZnO纳米棒阵列。通过SEM、XRD等表征测试手段,研究在水热反应时不同条件对ZnO纳米棒阵列的微观形貌的影响并对水热法制备ZnO纳米棒的各项生长条件进行了系统性的影响分析。测试结果表明:种子层溶液浓度、水热反应时间和反应溶液浓度均会对ZnO纳米棒阵列的微观结构产生不同程度的影响。利用0. 1 mol/L的溶液进行种子层旋涂,在0. 05 mol/L硝酸锌溶液中进行水热反应9 h,可以生长出具有一定高度、取向性好的ZnO纳米棒阵列。
Seed layers of ZnO were prepared by spin-coating on slide glass.Then,ZnO nano-rod arrays were grown under different hydrothermal conditions.After that,SEM and XRD were used to characterize the effects of different conditions on the morphology of the nano-rod arrays,and systematic analysis on various growth conditions of zinc oxide nanorods prepared by hydrothermal method were made.Results show that the solution concentration of the seed layer,the reaction time and hydrothrmal solution concentration all affect the ZnO nano-rods on the height,diameter and spatial density.As a result,with the 0.1 mol/L of seed layer solution,0.05 mol/L of hydrothermal solution,and 9 h of growth time,approving nano-rod arrays could be obtained.
