摘要
采用氧指数测试仪、垂直/水平燃烧测试仪、锥形量热仪,对不同铺层方式(厚度和角度)碳纤维/环氧复合材料的火灾蔓延特性及烟气特性进行研究。结果表明,铺层厚度增加,材料的氧指数增大,垂直/水平燃烧速率降低,CO/CO_2达到产生速率峰值的时间均缩短,材料产烟速率峰值减小,且达到峰值所需时间延后,总烟释放量增加,且烟气释放过程持续时间更长。铺层角度对材料的氧指数、产烟速率及CO/CO_2相关参数影响作用不明显。铺层方向[0°/90°]与火灾蔓延方向相同时,垂直/水平燃烧速度更大。铺层方向[±45°]与火焰蔓延方向不同时,可导致结构完整性、力学性能丧失,利于底层烟气的释放,使总烟释放量增加。
The flame spread and smoke properties of carbon/epoxy composite with different layer mode were investigated by limiting oxygen index test,vertical/horizontal burning teat and CONE calorimeter.Results showed that the LOI increased,total smoke re lease and vertical/horizontal burning rate increased,the peak of smoke production rate decreased,the time to peak-CO2 yield or peak-CO yield was later,the peak smoke production rate was smaller,with the increasing of thickness of specimens.The effect of different angle on limiting oxygen index,smoke production rate and CO/CO2 properties were not obvious.The vertical/horizontal burning rate of material was greater when the layer[0°/90°]was with the same direction of fire spread.When the layer direction[±45°]of specimen was not the same direction of fire spread,the car bon fiber scattered after the combustion reaction,and the total smoke release was more because of easier smoke release from the bottom.
