某车辆段现浇整体式梁板耐火性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 将某轨道交通车辆段运用库有上盖开发部分的现浇整体式梁板子结构作为研究对象,在国家和地方标准基础上,借助ABAQUS模拟软件,分析了火灾下该子结构的耐火极限、截面温度场、高温下承载力和内力,探究了板厚、荷载比、所处位置和保护层厚度对其耐火极限的影响。结果表明:若设计留有一定富裕度,250 mm厚双层双向配筋的现浇整体式梁板,能满足3 h耐火极限要求;相反,若板较薄或荷载比较大,则不满足要求;边跨梁板由于缺少约束作用,耐火性能差;在梁板结构承载力足够的情形下,保护层厚度对其耐火极限影响不大。 Taking a cast-in place monolithic beam-slab substructure in a garage of rail depot,above which has property development,as research object,based on the national and local standards,and with the help of software ABAQUS,the fire endurance,tempera ture field in cross section,bearing capacity and internal force of the substructure under high temperature were analyzed,in addition,the impact of thickness,load ratio,location and protective layer of the substructure on fire endurance were investigated.The result showed that if design has a certain margin,the cast-in-place mono lithic beam-slab substructure of 250 mm thickness with double-lay ertwo-way layout reinforcement can meet the 3 h fire endurancere quirement;on the contrary,if the slab is thin or the load ratio is large,it may not meet the requirement;the beam-slab substructure of side span has poor fire resistance performance due to lack of re straint;when the beam-slabsubstructurehas sufficient bearing ca pacity,the thickness of the protective layer has little effect on its fire endurance.
