化学调控制备氢氧化镁及其阻燃热解特性 被引量:1

摘要 改变镁盐原料、镁盐溶液浓度和反应温度,设计正交试验,制备氢氧化镁阻燃剂。采用XRD表征样品物相并分析其结晶度,使用SEM观察其微观形貌,采用TG-DTA对样品进行阻燃热解特性分析。实验发现,同种镁盐原料制备的阻燃氢氧化镁结晶度高、形貌好,阻燃效果好。通过比较确定使用四水乙酸镁、溶液浓度为2 mol/L、反应温度为60℃时,得到的氢氧化镁阻燃剂阻燃效果最好。 By orthogonal test,Mg(OH)2 flame retardants was prepared by manipulating the magnesium salt species,the solution concentrations of magnesium salt and the reaction temperatures.The phase and crystallinity of the obtained Mg(OH)2 were characteristic by XRD,the morphologies of it were investigated by SEM,and the thermal decomposition characteristics were analyzed by TG-DTG.The experimental results indicated that Mg(OH)2 with high crystallinity and well morphology had good flame retardant property,and the sample with the best fire resistance could be gotten under the magnesium salt species Mg(CH3COO)2·4H2O,the solution concentrations 2 mol/L and the reaction temperature 60℃.
