易燃气体钢瓶在道路运输过程中易发生多次沸腾液体扩展蒸气爆炸和多个火球事故。基于典型丙烷气瓶道路运输事故,分析多次沸腾液体扩展蒸气爆炸事故和多个火球事故的特征。对于多次沸腾液体扩展蒸气爆炸场景和多个火球场景,根据事故现场目击者摄录的影像资料,采用反推算方法估计参与多次爆炸和多个火球事故的丙烷气瓶的数量和符合现场总体危害程度的等量当量,为应用现有模型提供数据基础,便于救援人员快速确定现场的安全距离。

Multiple BLEVEs and fireballs are the probable scenarios of transportation accidents occurring with flammable gas bottles.The characteristics of multiple BLEVEs and fireballs of propane gas bottles were analyzed with in the context of a certain road carrier accident.For the scenarios of multiple BLEVEs and fireballs,after carefully analyzing the video images recorded by the eyewitnesses,a reverse calculation method was applied to determine the number of propane gas bottles and an equivalent mass that may contribute to the observed safety distances.The equivalent mass is the basis of using the existing models and determining the safety distances quickly,which could provide feasible references for incident commander to make decision.
