摘要
利用热脱附-气相色谱/质谱对山东细绒陈棉、新疆细绒新棉以及新疆长绒新棉3种皮棉纤维阴燃和明燃状态下释放的物质进行了定性分析。实验结果表明,阴燃条件下,糠醛为谱图中的最大峰,而明燃条件下,苯甲醛、苯酚和苯甲酸为谱图中3个大峰;3种皮棉的燃烧产物基本相同,仅产物之间的浓度比例不同;糠醛可以作为皮棉纤维阴燃的特征物质。
The combustion products of 3 kinds of grinned cotton including Shandong fine cotton,Xinjiang velvet new cotton and Xinjiang long staple cotton under smoldering and flaming combustion were studied by TD-GC-MS.The results showed that,under smoldering combustion,furfural is the maximum peak in the spectrum,while under flaming combustion,benzaldehyde,phenol and benzoic acid are the 3 big peaks in the spectrogram;the combustion products of 3 kinds of grinned cotton are mostly the same,while the concentration ratio between products is different;furfural can be the smoldering characteristic product.
