摘要
针对试样为-0. 045 mm含量较高的高灰细粒难浮煤泥,根据浮选机确定的最优工艺试验条件,利用旋流微泡浮选柱通过调节循环泵压力进行分选。实验结果表明:在0. 12 MPa压力下,精煤产率达到41. 72%,精煤灰分降低至10. 65%,浮选柱精煤灰分相比于浮选机精煤灰分低了0. 54%,浮选完善指标高16. 96%,产率提高9. 94%,说明对于高灰细粒难浮煤泥采用浮选柱分选可以获得更好的浮选效果。
In view of the high ash and fine and hard floated coal slime with high-0.045 mm content,according to the optimum technological test conditions determined by the flotation machine,the cyclone micro bubble flotation column is used to adjust the pressure of the circulating pump.The experimental results show that:Under the pressure of 0.12 MPa,the yield of the refined coal reaches 41.72%,the ash of the refined coal reduced to 10.65%.The ash of the flotation column is nearly 0.54%lower than that of the flotation machine,the perfect flotation index is 16.96%and the yield is 9.94%.It shows that the flotation column separation of the high ash and fine granular slime can get better effect.
