摘要
为了解决9煤层坚硬顶板垮塌对1902N工作面回风巷的影响,提出采用沿顺槽布置爆破孔,强制放顶的方式进行顶板管理。对深孔爆破参数孔深、装药量、孔距和合理阻塞长度等进行确定,并对强制放顶效果进行分析。结果表明:与未切顶段巷道相比,巷道顶底板移近量40 mm,减少68. 9%,两帮移近量55 mm,减少58. 6%,没有出现巷帮整体向巷道内空间移动的情况。
In order to avoid the influence of the hard roof collapse in No.9 coal seam on the return airway of 1902N working face,it is proposed to adopt the way of blasting holes along the air way and forced collapse to manage the roof.The hole depth,charge amount,hole spacing and reasonable block length of deep hole blasting parameters were determined,and the effect of forced collapse was analyzed.The results show that,compared with the uncut section roadway,the displacement of the roof and floor of the roadway is 40 mm,which is reduced by 68.9%,and the displacement of the two walls of the roadway is 55 mm,which is reduced by 58.6%.There is no movement of the roadways as a whole.
