安吉县竹林经营碳汇项目计量分析 被引量:5

Quantitative Analysis of Carbon Sequestration of Bamboo Forest Management Project in Anji County

摘要 结合文献资料收集与经营方案调查,依据国家发展与改革委员会审核备案的《竹林经营碳汇项目方法学》(AR-CM-005-V01)的方法,对安吉县竹林经营项目的碳汇进行计量,计量时间为2016—2045年,继而得到减排量。基于GIS技术方法分析竹林经过经营管理后的碳汇功能及其潜力;以及基于SPSS方法分析了解各村之间、经营管理前后竹林减排量之间的差异性。结果表明:安吉县竹林经营项目区碳储量(CO2-e)为24.43万t。经营项目区基线碳储量越高的村庄其项目减排量也相对越高,基线碳储量的大小对该地项目减排量的大小有较大的影响。竹子经营项目1~30年村与村之间的单位面积碳减排量差异性不大,但各村的单位面积基线碳汇量与项目碳汇量差异性较大。在对评价结果进行深入分析的基础上,提出加大安吉县竹林经营碳汇项目实施并利用遥感技术对竹林经营进行实时监测、政府加强出台政策鼓励全国碳交易市场开拓、完善定价机制建设、加强碳汇计量精度研究等相关建议。 ⑴Background--Since the industrial revolution,human activities have significantly increased the concentration of greenhouse gases.The forest ecosystem is a large carbon sink that absorbs carbon dioxide and releases oxygen.It plays a very important role in the carbon cycle.In China,the goal of“double increase”of forests was proposed in 2009;in 2011,the pilot project was lanched for local carbon emissions and the first forestry CCER project was released in 2015.These can all be served as the basia for Certified Emission Reduction and issuance of carbon emission reductions.⑵Methods--In this paper,the carbon sequestration of the bamboo forest management project in Anji County are measured according to the method of“Bamboo forest Management Carbon Sequestration Project Methodology”(AR-CM-005-V01)reviewed and approved by the National Development and Reform Commission.GIS is used to analyse the carbon sequestration function and potential of the bamboo forest after management;SPSS analysis is used to get the differences of bamboo forests between villages and the differences before and after management.⑶Results--It is calculated that the baseline carbon stock of the bamboo forest management project area is 244 251.899 t CO 2-e.Among them,the No.30 Sub-Compartment bamboo forest has the largest baseline carbon storage,reaching 18645.483 t CO 2-e;No.8 Sub-Compartment has the least,which is 1459.491 t CO 2-e.It shows that the spatial distribution pattern of the 10th year emission reduction is similar to the baseline carbon storage classification.The Fig.1 shows that the spatial distribution pattern of the 10th year emission reduction is similar to the baseline carbon storage classification.The carbon stock before and after the operation of the villages in the bamboo forest management project area of Anji County in 30 years will be separately extracted and accumulated year by year,and the carbon accumulation of each village is obvious.One-way ANOVA of SPSS analysis is used to analyze the carbon emission reduction of 6 villages in 30 years.The results show that the difference of the groups was not significant.The main reason for the result is that the management targets are all bamboos,and the initial forest condition of each village is close.Baseline carbon stock per unit area and project carbon stock of 6 villages for 6-30 years was analysed using Two-way ANOVA analysis of SPSS.The results showed that the difference of villages was not significant.However,the Sig.between the baseline carbon stock and the project carbon stock of a village shows that the difference is significant.This shows that the bamboo management project in Anji has achieved remarkable results,and the carbon stock in bamboo forests has been significantly improved through management activities.⑷Conclusions and Discussions--In the management project area,the size of the baseline carbon stock has a greater impact on the size of the project emission reduction.The difference of carbon emission per unit area between villages is not significant in 30 years,but the difference between the baseline carbon stock and the project carbon stock per unit area is large.There is little difference in carbon emission reduction per unit area between villages,and the geographical conditions,ecological environment and management mode between villages are also close,therefore the carbon sequestration of the per unit area is also similar.The difference between baseline carbon sequestration per unit area and project carbon sequestration per unit area of each village is relatively large,through management activities,the carbon sequestration of bamboo forests has been greatly improved,which brings huge economic and ecological benefits to Anji county.In the limited project area,the bamboo forest management has achieved remarkable results.If all the bamboo forests in the county are managed like this,it will bring considerable economic benefits to Anji county.
