摘要
目的了解育龄女性泌尿生殖道支原体感染情况及其耐药性,为临床诊治育龄女性支原体感染及合理应用抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用博赛生物技术有限责任公司生产的解脲支原体(uu)和人型支原体(mh)分离鉴定、计数、药敏检测试剂盒对2017年1—12月在郑州市第七人民医院妇科门诊就诊及体检的1 603例育龄女性宫颈分泌物进行支原体培养鉴定和药物敏感试验。结果 1 603例标本中培养出支原体阳性783例,其中uu阳性755例(96.4%),mh阳性10例(1.3%),uu+mh均阳性18例(2.3%),总阳性率为48.8%。药敏结果:uu对美满霉素(96.8%)、强力霉素(96.0%)、四环素(91.9%)、克拉霉素(90.5%)、交沙霉素(83.0%)具有较高的敏感性,对阿奇霉素(99.5%)、环丙沙星(99.2%)、罗红霉素(98.8%)、左氧氟沙星(91.7%)、司帕沙星(80.9%)、加替沙星(74.5%)、莫西沙星(63.0%)耐药率较高。uu+mh混合感染时,对美满霉素、强力霉素、四环素等敏感性高,对其他抗菌药均有较高的耐药率。结论育龄女性宫颈分泌物主要以uu检出为主,对于美满霉素、四环素、强力霉素具有较高的敏感性,可作为治疗育龄女性支原体感染的经验用药。
Objective To understand the infection status and drug resistance of urogenital mycoplasma in women of childbearing age,and to provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of mycoplasma infection and rational application of antimicrobial agents.Methods The cervical secretions from totally 1 603 normal reproductive age women who had physical examination and treatment in Seventh People's Hospital of Zhengzhou during the period from January to December of 2017 were conducted mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity.This paper would apply the kits of ureaplasma urealyticum(uu)and mycoplasma hominis(mh)used to isolate,identify,count and drug sensitivity,which produced by Bosai biotechnology co.LTD.Results A total of 1 603 cases of specimens in the training had 783 cases positively tested for mycoplasma,755 cases(96.4%)of ureaplasma mycoplasma positively(uu),10 cases(1.3%)of mycoplasma positively(mh),18 cases(2.3%)of both ureaplasma mycoplasma and mycoplasma(uu+mh)positively,and the total positive rate was 48.8%.For drug susceptibility results:uu had highly sensitivity with amphotericin(96.8%),doxycycline(96.0%),tetracycline(91.9%),clarithromycin(90.5%),josamycin(83.0%).Moreover,it had highly drug resistance with azithromycin(99.5%),ciprofloxacin(99.2%),erythromycin(98.8%),levofloxacin(91.7%),sparfloxacin(80.9%),gatifloxacin(74.5%)and moxifloxacin(63.0%).When uu+mh were mixed infection,they had highly sensitivity with fulminomycin,doxycycline and tetracycline,and showed highly drug resistance for other antimicrobials.Conclusion The results of cervical secretion from reproductive age women are mainly detected by uu.It has highly sensibility with amphotericin,tetracycline and doxycycline,so it could be used to treat mycoplasma infection for reproductive age women.
