摘要
目的研究多层螺旋CT肺动脉成像(CTPA)在肺动脉栓塞诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年1月信阳市中心医院收治的肺动脉栓塞疑似患者而行多层螺旋CT增强扫描确诊的26例患者。增强扫描后由有经验的高年资医生结合多平面重建(MPR)、容积重建(VR)及最大密度投影(MIP)技术分析CT数据,评估患者肺动脉栓塞程度。结果 26例患者CTPA发现共累及189支肺动脉及其分支,其中左、右肺动脉16支,叶肺动脉56支,段肺动脉84支,亚段动脉及以下分支33支。结论多层螺旋CTPA在肺动脉栓塞诊断中具有无创、快速、安全等方面的优势,可推荐其作为临床诊断肺栓塞的首选检查方法。
Objective To study the clinical value of multislice spiral CT pulmonary angiography(CTPA)in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism.Methods A retrospective analysis of 26 patients with suspected pulmonary embolism from January of 2017 to January of 2018 in Xinyang Central Hospital who were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT enhanced scan was conducted.The CT data was analyzed after enhanced scans by experienced high-level physicians combined with multiple planar reformation(MPR),volume rendering(VR)and maximum intensity projection(MIP)techniques to assess the extent of pulmonary embolism in patients.Results A total of 189 pulmonary arteries and their branches were found in 26 patients after multi-slice spiral CT:75 central defects,82 eccentric filling defects,18 mixed filling defects,and 14 complete obstructive filling defects.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CTPA is a non-invasive,safe,rapid,and effective method for the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism.It can be used as the first choice method for clinical diagnosis.
