曲美他嗪对缺血性心肌病患者cTnI水平及心功能的影响

Efficacy of Trimetazidine on cTnI Level and Cardiac Function in Patients with Ischemic Cardiomyopathy

目的观察曲美他嗪对缺血性心肌病患者心肌肌钙蛋白I(cardiac troponin I,cTnI)水平及心功能的影响。方法选取本院2015年1月~2016年12月收治的缺血性心肌病患者80例,根据随机数表法分为观察组及对照组,各40例。对照组施以常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用曲美他嗪,观察并比较两组患者治疗前后血清c Tn I水平、心功能及安全性。结果治疗后,两组患者血清c Tn I水平及心功能相关指标水平均较治疗前有明显改善,与同组间治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组血清c Tn I水平及心功能均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者治疗期间均未发现明显不良反应。结论缺血性心肌病患者在常规治疗基础上施以曲美他嗪治疗临床疗效优于常规治疗,患者治疗后心功能明显改善,血清c Tn I水平显著降低,且治疗过程中无不良反应发生,用药安全可靠。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of trimetazidine on cTnI level and cardiac function in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy(ICM).Methods:Totally,80 patients with ICM were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016.They were randomly divided into control group and test group with 40 patients in each group.Patients in control group were given routine treatment,while patients in test group were based on trimetazidine treatment.The cTnI level and cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the cTnI level and cardiac function in test group were significant better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Trimetazidine can improve cardiac function and reduce cTnI level for treating patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy,and it is safe and reliable for clinic.
