西藏本科护生对灾害护理的认知现状分析

摘要 目的了解西藏本科护生对灾害护理的认知情况,为提高灾害护理学教育提供参考依据。方法采用问卷方式对2014年~2017年级本校的249名本科护生进行了调查,问卷包括一般资料、灾害救援的相关经验、灾害护理认知情况3个部分。通过Likert四级计分法进行统计学分析。结果 (1)未经历过灾害157名(69.5%),未参加应急演练58名(25.7%)。(2)对灾害护理的认知度平均得分(2.7±0.8),了解灾害护理98名(43.4%),熟悉灾害护理101名(44.69%)。结论灾害护理学教育在西藏本科护生中处于起步阶段,应将其纳入护理教育体系。 Objective:To investigate the understanding of nursing undergraduates on disaster nursing,so as to provide reference and basis for disaster nursing education.Methods:Totally,249 nursing undergraduates in Tibet University Medical School were selected as the objects of study.They were researched by questionnaire including general information,relevant experience of disaster nursing,cognition of disaster nursing.The data were analyzed using method of Likert.Results:(1)There were 157 undergraduates without any disaster(69.5%),and 58 undergraduates without any emergency exercise(25.7%).(2)The average score of cognition of disaster nursing was(2.7±0.8).There were 98 undergraduates understood the knowledge of disaster nursing(43.4%),and 101 undergraduates were acquainted with disaster nursing knowledge(44.69%).Conclusions:The education of disaster nursing is still in the initial stage in Tibetan university,which should be included in nursing education system.
