疼痛护理对髋关节置换术后患者康复效果的影响

Effect of Pain Nursing on Rehabilitation in Patients Undergoing Hip Replacement

目的研讨疼痛护理对髋关节置换术后患者康复效果的影响。方法随机从我院2015年8月~2016年12月期间收治的髋关节置换术患者80例,用随机数字法分两组,每组各40例,对照组接受常规性护理,研究组接受疼痛护理,对比两组患者疼痛状况、护理满意度。结果研究组护理总满意度92.50%高于对照组77.50%,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后6h疼痛评分,组间数据无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后12h、1d、2d、3d术疼痛评分,研究组均低于对照组,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髋关节置换术后患者接受疼痛护理干预,在缓解其疼痛程度明显,并促使患者早期进行康复训练。

Objective:To analyze the effect of pain nursing on the rehabilitation in patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods:Totally,80 patients were admitted and treated in our hospital August 2015 to December 2016,who underwent hip replacement.They were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and test group(n=40).Patients in control group were given routine nursing,while patients in test group were given pain nursing.The painful conditions and patient's satisfactory degree were compared between two groups.Results:The patient's satisfactory degree in test group(92.50%)was significantly higher than that in control group(77.50%).Within 12h,1d,2d,3d,the scores of pain in test group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference two groups in the score of pain within 6 hours postoperatively(P>0.05).Conclusions:Pain nursing can relieve pain for patients undergoing hip replacement,and to promoting rehabilitation.
