摘要
通过检测不同刺槐品种(种)花朵营养活性物质含量,为选育蜜源林良种提供科学依据。选取6个刺槐品种(种)盛花期花朵,经过干燥处理作为试样,利用全自动紫外可见分光光度计等仪器和试剂,按照相关国家标准,分别检测总糖、还原糖、L(+)-抗坏血酸(VC)、蛋白质、花青素、总黄酮和总皂苷含量。结果表明,6种刺槐花营养和活性物质含量均达差异极显著水平(P<0.01)。蜜源1号、多彩青山和多花刺槐总糖和还原糖含量较高,为31.41g/100g^34.52g/100g和24.74 g/100g^28.07 g/100g;粘枝刺槐含VC和蛋白质最高,分别为233.4mg/100g和26.65 g/100g;多花刺槐、多彩青山和兴刺22花青素含量较高,为0.14%~0.25%;总黄酮含量较高的品种是鲁刺58、多彩青山、多花刺槐和蜜源1号,在294.88mg/100g^442.92mg/100g范围内;总皂苷含量较高的品种是多花刺槐、鲁刺58、多彩青山、蜜源1号和粘枝刺槐,在0.31 g/100g^0.37 g/100g范围内。
The content of nutritive active material in flowers of different varieties(species)of Robinia pseudoacacia was tested to provide scientific basis for the selection and breeding of honeywort linliang.According to relevant national standards,the content of total sugar,reducing sugar,L(+)-ascorbic acid(VC),protein,anthocyanin,total flavonoids and total saponins were respectively detected.The results of variance analysis showed that the contents of nutrients and active substances in all 6 species of Robinia pseudoacacia were significantly different(P<0.01).The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar of the multiple Robinia neo-mexicana var.luxurians,‘Duocai Qingshan’and‘Miyuan No.1’were higher,which were 31.41g/100g^34.52g/100g and 24.74 g/100g^28.07 g/100g.The Robinia 3iscosa of VC and protein were highest at 233.4mg/100g and 26.65 g/100g,respectively.The contents of anthocyanins of Robinia neo-mexicana var.luxurians Dieck,'Duocai Qingshan)and'Xingci 22)was higher,which were 0.14C^0.25C.The varieties with higher total flavonoids content were'Luci 58),'Duocai Qingshan5,Robinia neo-mexicana var.luxurians and'Miyuan No.1),which were within the range of 294.88mg/100g^442.92mg/100g.The varieties with higher content of total saponins were Robinia neo-mexicana var.luxurians,‘Luci 58’,‘Duocai Qingshan’,‘Miyuan No.1’and Robinia viscosa,within the range of 0.31g/100g^0.37g/100g.
