‘青州仙子’兰离体快繁技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 以‘青州仙子’兰的春生侧芽为外植体,研究其完整的组织培养过程。试验结果表明,适宜侧芽直接诱导原球茎的培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+椰汁10%,适宜原球茎增殖及分化成苗的培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L+AC 0.2 g/L,适宜壮苗的培养基为1/2MS+AC 0.5 mg/L+香蕉泥50 g/L,最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+AC 1.0 g/L+香蕉泥50 g/L,生根率95%。 The whole process of tissue culture was studied with the lateral spring buds of Cymbidium%Qingzhou Xianzi&as explants.The results show that the suitable medium for direct induction of protocorm from lateral buds,the suitable medium for protocorm proliferation and differentiation into seedlings,the suitable medium for strong seedlings and the suitable medium for plant rooting are MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+coconut juice 10O,MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+AC 0.2 g/L,1/2MS+AC 0.5 mg/L+banana puree 50 g/L,and 1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+AC 1.0 g/L+banana puree 50 g/L,respectively.The rooting rate is 95%.
