干旱胁迫对薄皮核桃果实品质的影响 被引量:4

摘要 本试验以薄皮核桃为试验材料,设置3个不同程度的干旱胁迫处理,测定分析了青皮果和干果的外在品质和内在品质指标,研究了不同程度干旱胁迫对薄皮核桃果实品质的影响。结果表明,不同程度的干旱胁迫对薄皮核桃青皮果和坚果外观品质的影响表现一致,对果实的纵横径和单果重均有显著影响,而对果形指数则影响不显著,对坚果出仁率的影响达到了显著水平。不同程度的干旱胁迫对薄皮核桃果实内在品质的影响达到了显著水平,干旱胁迫显著降低了果实的总蛋白含量,轻度干旱则提高了果实的脂肪含量,达到67.14 g/100g,重度干旱则提高了果实的可溶性蛋白含量,达到5.04 g/100g。 In this experiment,thin-skinned walnut was used as the experimental material,three different degrees of drought stress treatment were set up,the external quality and internal quality index of green husk fruit and dried fruit were determined and analyzed,and the effects of different degrees of drought stress on the fruit quality of thin-skinned walnut were studied.The results showed that different degrees of drought stress had the same effect on the external quality of walnut green husk fruit and nut,and had significant effect on the vertical and horizontal diameter and single fruit weight,but had no significant effect on the fruit shape index,and also had significant effect on the kernel yield of walnut.The effects of drought stress on internal fruit quality of walnut reached significant level,drought stress significantly reduced the total protein content of the fruit,mild drought increased the fat content,reached 67.14 g/100g,and severe drought increased the soluble protein content,reached 5.04 g/100g.
