山东省森林资源动态监测系统的构建与应用

Construction and Application of Dynamic Monitoring System for Forest Resources in Shandong Province

为适应现代社会发展对于森林资源总体情况的需求,山东省在全国林地"一张图"工作基础上,构建了山东省森林资源动态监测系统。系统主要有数据中心、综合服务、应用平台三个层次组成,当前分为省级版和县级版两个入口,通过基础数据制作入库,已基本实现"以表管地"向"以图管地"的跨越式发展,能够监测森林资源变化动态,快速制作报表、图册,提高了山东省森林资源管理效率,为山东省的造林绿化、林地管理和森林防火等工作提供了可靠的基础数据。

Shandong province construction the Dynamic Monitoring System for Forest Resources,what was based on the nationwide forest'one-map^to suit modern society)s development needs.Data center,service function and application platform constituted the system,which were two entrance of provincial level and county level.Woodland management based on forest resource electronic map to be not realized until entered the basic data and other datas to system,which would monitoring the dynamic changing of woodlands,producing the report form and the electronic map quickly.The dynamic monitoring system were used to afforestation,woodland management,forest fire prevention and so on,and that increased the efficiency of forest resources management in Shandong province.
