摘要
住宅工程质量投诉处理中,部分项目协调解决困难,业主诉求无法及时得到保障,人民满意度低。论文结合工程质量投诉处理中的部分案例,对住宅工程质量保修和投诉处理的一些问题进行分析探讨,就解决工程质量投诉和保障业主合法权益提出一些建议。
Some of the handling of housing project quality complaints are coordinated to solve difficulties,the owners'appeals cannot be guaranteed in time made low satisfaction.Combined with some cases in the project quality complaint handling,the paper analyzes and discusses some problems in the warranty and complaint handling of the residential project quality,and puts forward some suggestions for solving the project quality complaint and protecting the lawful rights and interests of the owners.
