利用建筑能耗监测法对既有建筑节能改造的探究

Research on Energy Conservation Renovation of Existing Buildings by Building Energy Consumption Monitoring Method

基于建筑能耗监测技术,将建筑能源审计技术、建筑能效测评技术相结合的研究方法,对既有公共建筑的耗能量进行分析并提出最佳的节能改造方案。未来该研究方法也可以大面积运用到我国既有公共建筑的节能改造工作中,为将来既有公共建筑的节能改造提供了更加科学、可靠的技术方案,为我国既有公共建筑节能改造工作提出了新方法、新思路。

In this paper,based on the building energy consumption monitoring technology,the building energy audit technology,building energy efficiency assessment the research method of combining the envelop retrofit of existent public building energy consumption analysis and the best energy-saving retrofit scheme is put forward.The research method can also be extensive applied to future energy saving reconstruction work of existent public buildings in China,for the future of existent public buildings provide a more scientific and reliable technical solution,and new methods and new ideas are put forward for the energy conservation renovation of existing public buildings in China.
