摘要 超高层异形结构单元体幕墙安装在确保进度及安全的前提下,通常采用环形轨道吊装单元板块进行施工,但对部分幕墙安装高度超过常规环轨高度的情况来说,无法进行单元体吊装施工。结合建筑物塔楼结构形式和擦窗机的布置情况,在确保施工安全可靠和施工工期的前提下,采用在传统环轨下部增加钢支撑的措施,解决环轨安装高度无法满足最上部单元体吊装的问题,保障了幕墙的顺利吊装。 In order to ensure the progress and safety for the curtain wall unit plate installation in irregular super high-rise structure,circular orbit is usually used to lift the unit plate construction,but in case that the curtain wall installation height exceeds the conventional circular orbit height,the unit plate cannot be lifted anymore.Therefore,combined with the structure form of the tower building and the layout of the window-cleaning machine,in addition,taking account of the construction safety and reliability along with project progress,steel bracket support is used at the bottom of the traditional circular orbit to solve the problem that the installation height of the orbit cannot satisfy the lifting of the top unit,which ensures the curtain wall is lifted smoothly.
