A Brief Discussion on the Prevention of False Detection Report

从检测委托、见证取样送检和检测检验这三个过程入手,分析建设工程质量检测过程中,可能出现虚假检测报告的各个环节,对其原因进行了剖析。通过分析,从强化资质能力动态管理、强化检测管理、强化检测市场管理、强化行业自律管理和强化信息网络建设等方面,提出了防范虚假检测报告,打击虚假检测报告的建议。

This paper analyzed the various causes of the false test report during the construction quality inspection processes by studying three aspects of testing commission,witness sampling inspection and disclosing detection.Through analysis,we put forward suggestions for preventing false detection packages and cracking down on false detection reports from the aspects of strengthening the qualification ability dynamic management,enhancing inspection management,intensifying inspection market management,deepening industry self-discipline management,and exacerbating information network construction.
