HPV感染与宿主细胞DNA损伤应答关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 人乳头状瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV),为球形无包膜环状双链DNA病毒,具有高度的嗜上皮特性和种属特异性,能够引起人类皮肤黏膜的增生性病变.HPV感染宿主细胞时,能引起宿主细胞的DNA损伤应答(DNA damage response,DDR).内在或者外界因素引起DNA损伤时,多条信号传导通路被激活,对损伤信号进行监测和传递,并形成一个适当的应答机制,即DDR.多项研究证实,HPV能够利用DDR来完成病毒复制.文章对HPV感染与宿主细胞DNA损伤应答关系的研究进展进行了综述. Human papillomavirus(HPV)is a spherical,unenveloped double-strand DNA virus,which has a high affinity for epithelium and species specificity,and mainly causes hyperplastic lesions of human skin mucosa.When HPV infects host cells,it can cause DNA damage response(DDR)in host cells.When DNA damage is caused by internal or external factors,multiple signaling pathways are activated to monitor and transmit the damage signals and form an appropriate response mechanism,namely DDR.Several studies have confirmed that HPV can use DDR to complete viral replication.In this paper,we reviewed the research progress on the relationship between HPV infection and DNA damage response in the host cell.
