摘要
轮状病毒是引起幼龄动物急性胃肠炎和腹泻的主要病因.犊牛感染轮转病毒会对集中饲养的牛群造成严重的经济损失,制约养牛产业的发展.轮状病毒的11个节段基因分别编码了6种结构蛋白(VP1-VP4,VP6,VP7)和6种非结构蛋白(NSP1-NSP6),其中VP4和VP7与病毒的毒力密切相关,分别决定了病毒的P型和G型.VP6是病毒的特异性抗原,也是决定轮状病毒分组的重要蛋白.通过综述VP4、VP6、VP7的分子特征及研究进展,对目前开发的疫苗产品进行了简述.
Rotavirus is the main causative agent of acute gastroenteritis and diarrhea in young animals.In the production,the calves infected by the rotavirus cause severe economic loss to the concentrated cattle and restrict the development of the cattle industry.11 genomic dsRNA segments of rotavirus encode the 6 viral capsid protein respectively(VP1-VP4,VP6 and VP7)and six nonstructural proteins(NSP1-NSP6).VP4 and VP7 determine virus P and G,respectively,which are closely related to virulence of virus.VP6 is the specific antigen of the virus which decides rotavirus groups.The molecular characteristics and research progress of VP4,VP6 and VP7 were summarized in this view,and the current development of vaccine products was briefly described.
