摘要
综述了欧盟铁路互联互通技术规范(TSI)起源、地位、适用范围、技术特征和实施流程。阐述了TSI子系统-铁路货车技术规范的内容,并研究解读其系统理念、设计标准、安全维护等技术标准条款细节,分析对我国铁路车辆设计制造、检验认证、运用维护、安全评估等方面的借鉴作用。
The source,position,application scope,technical features and application process of the Trans-European Railway TSI are surveyed.The contents of the TSI subsystem-Railway Freight Car Technical Specifications are expounded.The details of such technical standard provisions as systematic concept,design standard and safety maintenance are researched and explained.And the references for design,manufacture,inspection,certification,operation,maintenance and safety estimation of railway vehicles in China are analyzed.
