摘要
应用水热法掺杂Co^(2+)、Mn^(2+)和Cu^(2+)到纳米镍锌铁氧体粉末中。并利用XRD、TEM和VNA对其进行表征和分析,研究了掺杂不同金属离子对样品粒度、形貌、电磁损耗性能及吸收性能的影响。结果表明:镍锌钴铁氧体结晶更加完全,晶粒结构更加完整,出现团聚现象,晶粒排列相比其他更加致密。并且晶格常数由0.8352 nm增加到0.8404 nm,改变吸收峰的位置,增加吸收器的带宽,改善材料在低频率区间内的的吸波性能。Mn^(2+)的掺杂相比镍锌钴铁氧体吸波性能下降,吸波效果减弱。Cu^(2+)的掺杂没有影响纳米镍锌铁氧体电磁损耗的吸波频段。
Using hydrothermal method doped Co 2+,Mn 2+and Cu 2+to nano nickel-zinc ferrite powder.the samples,and the effects of doping different metal ions on the particle size,morphology,electromagnetic loss performance and absorption performance were studied by XRD,TEM and VNA.The results show that the nickel-zinc-cobalt ferrite crystallization more completely,the grain structure is more complete,agglomeration occurs,and the grain arrangement is more dense than others.After doping of Co 2+,the lattice constant increased from 0.8352 nm to 0.8404 nm.Doped Co 2+can change the position of the absorption peak,increase the bandwidth of the absorber and improve the performance of the material at low frequency.Compared with nickel-zinc-cobalt ferrites,the Mn 2+doping performance decreases and the wave absorption effect is decreasing.The doping of Cu 2+do not affect the absorbing frequency band of nano nickel-zinc ferrite electromagnetic loss.
